Do I need to Create an account for placing an order?

It is not required to set up an account.

Which payment methos can be used? 

VISA, MasterCard, and American Express is be accepted for the online payment.

Is there a delivery service?

At this time, there is no delivery service. Please notice all items have to be picked up at our restaurant EMBA Chophouse. 

I placed my order, now it says- "sorry, your selected items are not currently available for pickup"- what do I need to do? 

Please double-check the pickup dates if you have several items in your cart. Please note that if the items have different pickup periods, you will need to make separate reservations.

Can I add items after I placed my order? 

You are not able to add an article, after placing the order. Please therefore make a new order. 

Can I change my order after it has been placed? 

In any case of cancellation, or changing requests for your order, please contact us directly. 
Please notice that the cancellation policy is 5 days prior.
