STRAWBERRY CONFITURE & SAKURA GANACHE
A taste of early spring. White chocolate ganache is insued with the fragrance of sakura leaves, layered with a sweet confiture made with Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka.

PRALINÉ NOISETTE & NATSUMI ORANGE GANACHE
A memory of early summer sunshine. Smooth hazelnut praliné is paried with bittersweet chocolate ganach, featuring Natsumi Oranges from Ehime. 

GYOKURO PRALINÉ & MATCHA GANACHE
Grassy green aromas evoke midsummer. The praliné is made with Marukyu Koyamaen's premium shade-grown Gyokuro green tea while the chocolate ganache featgures Uji matcha. 

APRICOT PÂTE DE FRUITS & OSMANTHUS HONEY GANACHE
Inspired by the soft flow of autumn sunglish. Apricot jelly is combined with a milk chocolate ganache, infused with osmanuthus-scented Japanese honey.  

CHAI TEA & VANILLA GANACHE
An ode to warmth amid winter's chill. Chai ganache, made with Ronnefeldt Assam Bari tea and warm spices, is layered with Madagascar organic vanilla ganache.
